The Grief and Trauma Healing Centre

The Grief and Trauma Healing Centre is a private group practice with two locations in Edmonton, Alberta that specializes in grief and trauma counselling. We provide counselling for children, teens, adults, couples, and families across Alberta through in-person and online services who have experienced loss of any kind.

We specialize in evidence-based approaches to healing including The Grief Recovery Method®, EMDR Therapy, and Somatic Therapy. Our goal is to equip our clients with lifelong tools that have been found in research to successfully promote healing and growth after loss.
